Miranda Kerr was the first Australian model to sign contracts with Maybelline New York and Victoria’s Secret. These highly lucrative contracts are worth millions of dollars, and considered amongst the most prestigious in the world.

 

Always very interested in a healthy lifestyle, Miranda studied health and nutrition before modeling full-time.

 

A dedicated yoga practitioner Miranda's exercise routine also includes running, pilates, boxing and strength training with a personal trainer. Miranda sticks to an organic diet and is a fan of herbal teas.

 

Miranda Kerrs Typical Daily Diet

This is an example of Miranda’s typical daily diet when not traveling:

 

Breakfast:

  • Fresh fruit salad with yoghurt and muesli
  • 2 x Rye toast with avocado and boiled eggs
  • Water with lemon and ginger
  • Cup of green tea

 

Morning Snack

  • Pecans, almonds and walnuts (sometimes roasted in tamari)

 

Lunch:

  • Fresh tuna salad with spelt crispbreads
  • Water with lemon
  • Dandelion Tea

 

Afternoon Snack

  • Piece of fruit or nuts

 

Dinner:

  • Either a salmon steak or other fish or Lamb Loin chops or a piece of steak with vegetables or salad
  • Miranda says she doesn’t eat a lot of potato, but eat heaps of greens and sweet potato and pumpkin roasted.
  • Cup of Green tea with ginger
