One of Australia’s most well known trainers, Michael Tabban owns and operates the Muscle and Shape Gym in Victoria and trains many high level figure competitors. Along with his father George, Michael founded Muscle & Body Shape [MBS] Gym in Richmond, Victoria in 1988. Along with his ‘Michael Tabban Personal Training-certified trainers’ Michael now works with dozens of figure athletes every year, not only in Melbourne but also in other parts of Australia via online training.
