Training
"I love to train heavy, real heavy, unless I'm looking at the bar and I'm scared it's not heavy enough. The reason I train is for the feeling of leaving the gym feeling as though I pushed as hard and heavy as I could, every week I try and out-do myself, it makes it fun to go to the gym, maxing out on the big lifts every week is what it's really all about for me, and many, many times it's resulted in my breakfast being spilt all over the gym floor"
Diet
"Unless I'm getting ready for a show, I don't really restrict myself at all I eat whatever I want, and as much of it. I'll eat my regular chicken and beef etc. every 3 hours, but I'll eat whatever on top of that, I'm really big on KFC, Red Rooster chips. As soon as it hits 12 weeks out, obviously the hot-chips stop, the base stays the same with the chicken/ beef, but I eat a lot more rice, and heaps and heaps of broccoli with the meals instead."
