Born July 22nd 1965, Mark Lampard started training at home in 1977 and at a gym in 1979.  He entered his first competition in 1993, and received his IFBB pro card in 1998. At a height of 5 ft 7” [170 cm] he competed at 97/100 kgs [220lbs]
