Guy Anthony Grundy was born July 09, 1970 in Penrith.

Guy won both the titles of "Mr Australia" and "Mr Australasia" [IFBB and NABBA]. He moved to the USA in 1998, and operates his own fitness business including DVD production/sales and personal training. He is also a writer with a regular column in Musclemag [USA], over 100 published articles worldwide and a book. Guy has also also dabbled in acting, having appeared in national commercials for Pepsi and the film Starsky & Hutch. Married to Kiyoko, Guy is a father of one and lives in Los Angeles, California.
