Born in Wales, and later emigrating at age 8 with her family to Australia, Debbie Czempinski is Australia's most successful fitness athlete, and the only Australian to ever qualify for the IFBB Fitness Olympia where she placed an impressive 6th.

She has also made 2 appearances at the professional level Arnold Classic Fitness International, with stellar placings each time; 8th in 2005 and 2007.

Known for her powerful trademark routines, Debbie has won the routine round in multiple shows, beginning with winning the 2 minute routine round in the 2004 IFBB New York Pro. Also in 2004, she won both routine rounds at the 2004 GNC Show of Strength, beating the reigning IFBB Fitness Olympia champion in both rounds.

Debbie Czempinski's scores in the fitness routine rounds rank her amongst some of the top all time routine performers in IFBB history.
