Guidelines for Blogger/Blogspot

Our graphics can be used to spice up your blog as a sidebar widget, most don't fit well on standard templates however. For a tutorials either scroll down or click on the relevent link below:

Guidelines for Using Our Graphics as Widgets

1 - Log into your account, as click on "layouts" and then "page elements", shown circled below

2 - Click on "add a page element", normally located center right hand side of your screen

 

3- Click on "add to blog" located under the "HTML/Javascript" [shown circled below] then cut/paste the code underneath your chosen graphic, click "save changes" and you're done!

Other Tools of Ours You Can Use in Blogs

For automatically updating bodybuilding, fitness and figure content you can add our RSS feed to your blog or website.

This can be done either of two ways; use our widget or use our feed URL.

This tutorial on using our feed URL is specifcally for blogger.

1 - Follow the first two steps in our adding widget tutorial, up to clicking add a new page element. then click on "add to blog" underneath "Feed", shown circled below.

2 - Cut and paste the URL of our raw feed in the box, then click "save changes" and you are done! Everytime we update our blog, your blog will also be instantly updated providing new content for your visitors.

Using Graphics in a Post

  • First, right click 'copy' on the code below the graphic from our website that you wish to use and copy the code 
  • Log into blogger, start a new post, click on the 'HTML code link'
  • Paste the code into the body of the post, while in 'Edit HTML mode' [shown circled in photo below]
  • Swith back to 'Compose' mode and you're done!
