We’re a little off topic here with Australian scenery wallpapers, but in our defense since we are focusing on great looking Australian bodies, why not throw in some great looking Australian scenery. Okay – not the best explanation – in truth, these were just so beautiful and showed the very best of Australia we simply had to include them

Russell Falls Wallpaper

Russell Falls are Tasmania's best known falls. The amazing rain forest is also home to some of the tallest hardwood trees in the world.

Sydney Opera House Wallpaper

The Sydney Opera House is one of the world's most distinctive 20th century buildings, and one of the most famous performing arts venues in the world. The Sydney Opera House contains five main performance spaces, other areas used for performances, a recording studio, five restaurants, and four souvenir shops.

The Twelve Apostles are a collection of natural limestone stacks. The stacks have been formed by erosion, and are varying heights and thicknesses. A number have fallen over entirely as waves continually erode their bases. A 50-meter tall Apostle collapsed on July 3rd, 2005, leaving eight.

Tambourine national Park is home to some of the most beautiful rain forest and native fauna in Australia. The elevation of the plateau keeps the temperature down a little in summer although December to April is also the wettest time to visit. Winter is drier but also cooler.

Although of course the Aborigines lived in this region for generations, Purnululu was "discovered" only in the mid-1980s. A television crew came upon the unique beehive-shaped domes in 1982 and in 1987 it was proclaimed a National Park. Geologists tell us that during the Devonian Era, 350 million years ago, a great marine deposit was formed here; it eroded away by the hundreds of millions of wet seasons to the present structure of domes, cliffs and gorges.

Remarkable Rocks, Flinder's Chase Wallpaper

Flinders Chase is a national park on Kangaroo Island, South Australia. It is a sanctuary for endangered species and home to a few geological phenomena. During the 1940s, 23 additional species were introduced, including Koalas (1923) and Platypus (1928). Most of these species can still be observed today.
